Jarell R. Jackson, a 26-year-old African American male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on October 27, 2020. He was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting while sitting in his car outside his mother's house. Jarell was a mental-health technician and a mentor to many children in his community.
