Death by Force

Andre Moore, a 27-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was tragically killed on June 21, 2016. Moore was found with multiple gunshot wounds on the 7300 block of North 19th Street in the West Oak Lane neighborhood. Philadelphia police arrived at the scene at around 12:15 a.m. and discovered Moore lying in a driveway.
