Nicole Newell, a 43-year-old woman, tragically lost her life on January 22, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. She was found fatally shot inside an apartment on the 9400 block of East Roosevelt Boulevard along with 59-year-old Mark Ruff. Both victims were discovered unresponsive and suffering from gunshot wounds, and medical personnel pronounced them deceased at the scene.
