Reginald Daniel Lewis Jr., a 23-year-old Black male, was tragically murdered on July 8, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. At approximately 10:26 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a call on the 700 block of West Ontario Street, where they discovered Reginald suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to Temple University Hospital, but despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries that night.
