Nazir Carter, a 22-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on October 14, 2021. He was one of the victims in a double shooting incident that occurred in the Hunting Park neighborhood. According to reports, police responded to reports of someone with a gun and found Nazir Carter and another individual injured. Nazir was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
