Constance Marshall, a 56-year-old Black woman, tragically lost her life on November 4, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. She was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds on the first floor of an abandoned church that had been converted into a speakeasy. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, she was pronounced dead at the scene. Another victim, 31-year-old Irene McNair, was also found with gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene.
