Michael Castor, a 15-year-old male from York, PA, tragically died on January 8, 2022, from a gunshot wound to the head. He was discovered dead in a home on the 600 block of West Philadelphia Street. The incident was reported to the police around 6:10 a.m., and upon arrival, they found Castor deceased with an apparent gunshot wound. The York County Coroner's Office confirmed the cause of death as a gunshot wound to the head, but the manner of death remains under investigation.
