Jason Nicholas Chavis, a 25-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Homestead, PA, tragically lost his life on February 24, 2022. He was one of two victims fatally shot in a triple shooting incident in the Homestead area of Pittsburgh. The other victim, 18-year-old Amari Mitchell, also succumbed to her injuries, while a juvenile male was injured but survived.
