Sean Guyton, an 18-year-old Black male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on April 13, 2022. He was shot in the right shoulder and later died from his injuries at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. The incident occurred in the 5400 block of Pennsgrove Street, where police found blood in a parking lot and later discovered Sean had been driven to the hospital by a private vehicle.
