Antonio Romellz Yarger Jr., affectionately known as "Espn," was a 7-year-old boy from Erie, PA, who tragically lost his life on April 14, 2022. Antonio was shot in the head while walking with friends on the sidewalk in his Downing Avenue neighborhood. He was immediately hospitalized in critical condition and later transferred to UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, where he succumbed to his injuries four days later.
