Robert Wingard, a 52-year-old man from Parker, Armstrong County, died on October 28, 2022, in Emlenton, Pennsylvania. His death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred during a heated argument over hunting. The incident took place in the 700 block of Big Bend Road in Scrubgrass Township, near Emlenton.
