Remigio Hernandez Missing Person Case

Remigio Herrera Hernandez, a 36-year-old fisherman, was last seen on June 11, 2002, off the coast of Fort Bragg, California. While working on a fishing vessel about eight miles offshore from Noyo Harbor, Hernandez was dropping fishing pots into the ocean when he accidentally fell overboard. Despite immediate rescue efforts from the crew, including the use of a safety rope and ring buoy, Hernandez disappeared beneath the water and was not seen again.
