Curtis E. Dove, a 42-year-old male of African American ethnicity, was tragically shot multiple times inside his home on June 4, 1989, in Akron, OH. The incident occurred around 1:20 AM when a neighbor discovered Dove's body on a couch inside his residence. Dove had previously been seriously injured in a domestic incident in March 1988, where he was shot in the side at his house.
