Kevin Scott Loring, a 30-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, was tragically murdered on November 28, 1990, while deer hunting in a reclaimed strip mine area in Muskingum County, Ohio. Loring, who was originally from Duxbury, Massachusetts, was a Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Mechanic.
