Kevin Scott Loring, a 30-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, was tragically murdered on November 28, 1990, while deer hunting in a reclaimed strip mine area in Muskingum County, Ohio. Loring, who was originally from Duxbury, Massachusetts, was a Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Mechanic.

The investigation into Loring's death revealed that he was one of the victims of serial killer Thomas Lee Dillon, also known as the "Ohio Outdoorsman Killer". Dillon, who was 41 years old at ...
