Donyale Edward Rowe, a 37-year-old African American male from Cincinnati, OH, died on August 5, 2014. His death was the result of a police-involved shooting that occurred during a routine traffic stop. The incident began when officers Thomas Weigand and Mark Bode pulled over a blue BMW SUV for a lane change violation and illegal window tint.
