Death by Force

On January 31, 1991, Dennis Leon Harris, a 21-year-old Black male, was found lying face down outside the Fifth Quarter Lounge at 2248 Ashland Avenue in Toledo, Ohio. He was bleeding from the mouth and was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident occurred following a fight inside the bar, during which shots were fired, and Harris was struck in the chest.
