Richmond Marquis 'Rich' Felix, a 29-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Toledo, OH, tragically lost his life on November 10, 2017. Felix was fatally shot in the early hours of the morning in the 800 block of Atlantic Avenue, near Arlington. When police arrived at the scene, Felix had already been pronounced dead.
