Santiago D. Urbina Rease, a 20-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on January 11, 2018, in Toledo, Ohio. Santiago was born on September 9, 1997, to Julia Dennis and Santiago Urbina. He attended Waite High School and was known for his carpentry skills, developed through the Face Forward program. Santiago was passionate about cars and dirt bikes, and he was very protective of his family.
The circumstances surrounding Santiago's death were part of a double homicide.
