Linda Carol Thompson Myers, a 55-year-old woman, was tragically killed on March 27, 2003, in Darke County, Ohio. She and her husband, Jack Myers, were shot to death while sleeping in their farmhouse. The couple's great-grandson, Dameon Huffman, discovered their bodies the next morning and alerted authorities by running to a nearby daycare. The investigation revealed that nothing of value was missing from the house, ruling out robbery as a motive.
