Adaezia Simone Flowers, a 20-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on March 22, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was found shot in the chest inside a vehicle in Millvale, Cincinnati. Despite being rushed to the hospital, she succumbed to her injuries.
