Charles Wes Foster, a 24-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on March 9, 2010, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was sitting in his car in a driveway along Glenwood Avenue when three individuals approached him, leading to a confrontation that ended with Foster being shot in the head. Despite extensive investigations, the case remains unsolved, and no arrests have been made.
