Kyle Mirick, a 25-year-old White male from Cincinnati, was shot on the night of April 12, 2025, in the 2900 block of Short Vine Street in Corryville, an area crowded with bars, restaurants, and weekend foot traffic near the University of Cincinnati. Cincinnati police said officers were dispatched at about 9:35 p.m. for a reported shooting and found Mirick wounded at the scene.
