Kyle Matthew Mirick, a 25-year-old Caucasian man, was fatally shot on the night of April 12, 2025, in Cincinnati's Corryville neighborhood, near the University of Cincinnati campus. At about 9:35 p.m., Cincinnati police officers were sent to the 2900 block of Short Vine Street after a shooting was reported. Officers found Mirick suffering from a gunshot wound, and Cincinnati Fire Department personnel transported him to University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He died from his injuries at the hos ...
