Tyann Dashiya Adkins, a 14-year-old girl from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically lost her life on March 29, 2014. Tyann was the loving daughter of Donita Adkins and Tyrone Whitehead. She was known for her vibrant personality and was deeply loved by her family and friends.

The incident occurred at the Poinciana Apartments in the Avondale neighborhood of Cincinnati. Tyann was shot by a friend who was also 14 years old at the time. According to reports, the shooting happened accidentally while the ...
