Brittany Wagoner-Moore, a 28-year-old woman from Cincinnati, OH, tragically lost her life on February 28, 2021. She was a victim of a mass shooting carried out by her estranged husband, Chandra Moore, who also killed her brother, Timothy Dugar, and a family friend, Andrew Wesley. The incident occurred at the Alms Apartments on Victory Parkway in Walnut Hills, where Brittany was found dead.
