Rondell R. Brinkley, a 24-year-old African American male from Columbus, OH, tragically lost his life on October 16, 2014. He was fatally shot in the chest near his home on South Champion Avenue. His mother discovered him lying in front of their house and called 911 just after midnight. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, Rondell was pronounced dead at OhioHealth Grant Medical Center shortly after.
