Douglas Madison Bateman, a 28-year-old man, was tragically shot in the head on September 25, 1992, outside his residence on Homestead Drive in Columbus, Ohio. He was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries the following day. The Columbus Police Department launched an investigation, but despite initial inquiries, no suspects were identified, and the case remains unsolved.
