Arthur D. Burchett, a 67-year-old man from Richwood, Ohio, tragically died on February 18, 2015, from a gunshot wound to the head. He was found in his home on Askins Road, and despite being flown to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, he was pronounced dead later that evening. Burchett was known for his generosity and had a habit of collecting and selling scrap, which some believe may have made him a target.
