Charles Vinson, a 26-year-old African-American male from Akron, OH, tragically passed away on May 25, 2015. Vinson was fatally shot outside a home on Boulevard Street in Akron on the night of May 24, 2015. The incident occurred around 3 a.m., when Dashawn Tomlin, also 26 years old, snuck up behind Vinson and shot him multiple times. Vinson was taken to Cleveland Clinic Akron General, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
