Devin D. Liggins, a 23-year-old African American man from Fremont, OH, tragically passed away on May 30, 2015, from injuries sustained in a domestic confrontation. According to reports, Liggins and his girlfriend, Chelsea Vasquez, were involved in an altercation at their home on Bidwell Avenue. During the incident, Liggins allegedly shot Vasquez in the chest and then himself. Both were transported to the hospital, where Liggins succumbed to his injuries 19 days later at ProMedica Toledo Hospital ...
