Brett T. Lewis, a 22-year-old man from Fremont, Ohio, tragically passed away on March 18, 2022. According to police reports, Brett's death was the result of an accidental shooting. The incident occurred early in the morning at a residence on Sycamore Street. A 911 caller reported the accidental shooting, and when officers arrived, they found Brett suffering from a gunshot wound.
