Richard D. Ferguson IV, a 16-year-old African American male from Columbus, OH, tragically lost his life on August 18, 2015. He was riding his bicycle in the 1000 block of East 15th Avenue, just west of Cleveland Avenue, when he was shot multiple times shortly before 10:15 p.m. Despite efforts by medics to save him, Ferguson was pronounced dead at the scene.
