Brian L. Nance, a 31-year-old African American male, tragically died on October 29, 2015, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was walking home from a friend's house around 10:30 PM when he was fatally shot in the 3600 block of East 61st Street. The incident occurred in a high-crime area, and the motive behind the shooting remains unclear.
