Derrice Alexander Jr., a 2-year-old boy from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on June 10, 2014. The incident occurred at a CMHA housing complex located at West 28th and Division in Cleveland. Derrice Alexander Jr. was shot by his father, Derrice Alexander Sr., during an argument with the child's mother.
