Lee Swain, a 41-year-old male from Cleveland, Ohio, tragically passed away on December 16, 2022. According to reports, Swain was found fatally shot in a vehicle on East 85th Street early that morning and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The medical examiner's office confirmed his identity along with another victim, 40-year-old Michael Johnson.
