Immanuel Scott, a 20-year-old male from Cincinnati, OH, tragically passed away on January 15, 2016. He was shot and later died at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center after being brought there by two men. The incident occurred at an apartment complex on Alaska Avenue in the Avondale neighborhood.

Derrell Gover, a 21-year-old man, was charged with murder in connection with Scott's death. Gover was arraigned on the charges and his bond was set at $1.5 million. According to police r ...
