James Christopher Douthit, a 49-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of March 11, 2020. The incident occurred in the West End neighborhood, specifically in the 500 block of Poplar Street. When police arrived at the scene, they found Douthit suffering from a gunshot wound and immediately transported him to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
