Marty Blair, a 55-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on January 30, 2016, in Columbus, Ohio. Blair was shot by a man who was seen fleeing through a rear door after the incident. Medics pronounced Blair dead on the scene shortly after arriving. The suspect, identified as 22-year-old Shante Stevenson, was arrested in Marietta, Georgia, a few days later.
