Olivia Stull, an 18-year-old woman from Parma, Ohio, tragically died on February 3, 2016, in Cleveland, OH. She was fatally shot in the chest at her Brooklyn apartment by her roommate, Michael Lancaster, who was 21 years old at the time. According to Lancaster, he did not realize the gun was loaded when it fired. Medics transported Olivia to MetroHealth Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
