Tonia McCrary, a 35-year-old African American woman from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost her life on February 2, 2015. She was fatally shot outside the US Bank in Shaker Square, Cleveland, in the early morning hours. The incident occurred around 8 a.m., and Tonia was pronounced dead at the scene.
