Joel December, a 27-year-old male from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on May 07, 2016. Joel was shot in the head in the parking lot of Bug-A-Boos strip club near East 57th Street and Harvard Avenue. The incident occurred after an argument with a bouncer who had escorted a drunk suspect outside. The suspect then pulled out a gun and shot both Joel and another man before fleeing the scene in an unknown vehicle.
