On February 19, 2023, 33-year-old Benjamin Irizarry was fatally shot in his Cleveland, Ohio, home. According to reports, his wife stated that she accidentally discharged the firearm while attempting to clear it. Emergency responders arrived at the scene on McGowan Avenue to find Mr. Irizarry unresponsive; he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.

The Cleveland Division of Police initiated an investigation into the incident. As of now, there is no public information regarding any arrest ...
