D'Juan Marquise Norvell, a 32-year-old African American male from Dayton, Ohio, tragically lost his life on August 16, 2016. Norvell was fatally shot during what police believe was an illegal drug transaction. The incident occurred outside the Sesame Club Apartments in Trotwood, Ohio. Witnesses reported seeing the suspect fleeing the scene in a vehicle.
