Timothy French, a 58-year-old man from Hamilton, OH, was tragically found dead in his van on October 16, 2016, in Springfield Township. Police were called to the area of Highland Ave. and Simpson around 8:24 p.m. that evening, where they discovered French shot in the front seat of his vehicle.
