On October 19, 2016, 38-year-old Frank Sandor, a Caucasian male from Cleveland, was fatally shot by police in Willoughby, Ohio. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Lowe's Home Improvement store. Sandor was driving a stolen car and had outstanding felony warrants for drug possession and escape.
