Dominic Rutherford, a 20-year-old male of African American ethnicity from East Cleveland, OH, was tragically shot and killed on November 16, 2016. He was found lying in the parking lot of the Convenient Food Mart in the 9100 block of Denison Avenue with a gunshot wound to the chest. Witnesses reported that Rutherford had an altercation with occupants of a red SUV before running away, only to be shot moments later.
