Rakim Grant, a 24-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 10, 2017, in Cleveland, Ohio. Rakim was shot to death in the house of Shawn Reese, located at 3301 East 137 in Cleveland's Kinsman neighborhood. According to the investigation, Grant had gone to Reese's house to give him a tattoo, and the two were in the basement when the incident occurred.
