Arthur Davis III, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on June 20, 2015, in Cleveland, OH. His death was the result of a violent altercation involving members of rival sects within the Heartless Felons gang. Davis was a member of the Fleet sect, while his assailant, Antowine Palmer, belonged to the Broadway sect.
