Maurio Ayers, a 31-year-old male from Cleveland, OH, tragically passed away on July 5, 2016. He was killed in a drive-by shooting on Thornhill Drive in Cleveland. Charles Wright, who was also present at the scene, was injured in the incident. According to witnesses, Ayers was talking with Wright and another visitor, Melton Peoples, when a vehicle approached and opened fire. The vehicle then turned around and fired additional shots at Ayers and Wright.
