Nina Hacker, a 35-year-old woman from Cincinnati, OH, tragically lost her life on November 20, 2016. She was found dead in the 1900 block of Fairfax Avenue in Evanston, Cincinnati. The incident occurred around 1 a.m. on that Sunday morning.
