Michael David Moreno, a 30-year-old man from Columbus, OH, was found dead behind a home on the Hilltop on December 15, 2016. The body was discovered by officers responding to a report of a body lying in an alley at 10:03 p.m. The victim was confirmed dead a few minutes later. The cause of death was determined to be homicide, and the case was classified as the 98th homicide of 2016.
